Your privacy is important to us; therefore, this document explains when and why we collect personal information and how we keep it secure. This policy may be updated frequently so please check and keep up to date. All information we gather is down to security policy and the law. Therefore, if any other additional information is required, we will always obtain your consent first.

 

EMAILS

Any emails and attachments may be held by us for security reasons and for maintaining compliance with office policy. Please make sure all emails comply with the law.

ENQUIRIES/COMPLAINTS

If we unfortunately receive a complaint, this will be stored away for future training. Personal information will be contained for managerial use only. Similarly, enquiries will be handled appropriately and checking on our level of response.

ACCESSING YOUR INFORMATION

Customers have the right to find out about their held information under the General Data Protection Regulation. If information is held we will:

-       Let you have a copy of the information in comprehensible form.

-       Describe it to you.

-       Explain why we are holding it.

-       Inform you on who it could be disclosed to.

If you have any specific requests regarding your information, this will need to be in writing and either posted or emailed to us. We can also informally provide you with specific information over the telephone.

If information is held regarding you, you may ask us to update or remove this, however, again this must be in writing.

Your information will never be sold/rented to third parties or shared for marketing purposes. In most circumstances, your information will not be shared. However, we will share complaints with particular members of staff/areas if needed. Also, we will use information without consent if it is to detect or prevent criminal facts anonymously.

We may pass your information to our third-party service providers, subcontractors etc. (e.g. follow up emails, processing payments). We only use necessary information and ensure it is kept secure.

CHOICE

You will only be emailed regarding promotional offers, if you have signed up for updates on our website. If you wish to opt-out of these, then please just email us we will remove you from our mailing list.

CHILDREN

iScape Landscaping will not collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that this has unknowingly been given, it will be deleted. If you become aware a child has given information, please contact us immediately.  

DATA STORAGE, TRANSFER AND SECURITY

Sensitive information (such as credit or debit card details) is protected using industry standard. Stripe (the company who process our payments) are PCI compliant. Details such as email addresses etc. are transmitted normally, therefore this can never be 100% secure.
